By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jilivoe Casino website at jilivoe.app ("the Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "User") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with jilivoe's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jilivoe currently accepts the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. jilivoe reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on jilivoe is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. jilivoe aims to process all withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) minutes of approval. Processing times for other payment channels may vary. All withdrawals are subject to jilivoe's identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on jilivoe are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds on jilivoe, you warrant that you are the lawful owner of those funds and that they are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. jilivoe complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and may report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
4.6 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your verified name. jilivoe will not transfer funds to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits offered by jilivoe are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. These individual promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when a bonus is claimed.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. Where a bonus and deposit are combined, both may need to be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. jilivoe reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, exploiting promotional loopholes, or employing wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unutilised bonus funds will expire as stated in the applicable promotion terms. jilivoe shall not be liable for expired bonuses.

11.2 Balance on Closure. Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed due to fraud, breach, or regulatory action), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure.
11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting jilivoe support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Pending withdrawal requests will be honoured prior to final closure.

13.3 Dispute Process.
